Happy Sunday and Happy belated New Year!
I’ve been a bit under the weather since the beginning of the year, first starting with shingles and then a bad chest cold. Seems like I haven’t slept this much in forever and to be honest am sick of being sick!
Can’t wait to get back to taking photographs and posting them here in the coming year!
I love how the cactus above is rippled with water as I took this shortly after we had a big rain. Amazing how they store up the water until they need it!

Hope you feel better soon – I ended the year with the flu/chest cold, so I can certainly appreciate your sentiments. I’ve never had shingles…don’t want them either…but I do hope you are back to 100% soon! Hang in there!
