Guinness Storehouse – Ireland

On the last evening of our Spring Cosmos tour to Ireland we went on a private tour of the Guinness Storehouse.

It was a great time. When we got to the factory we were greeted by a tour guide, put on headsets and taken on a tour of the exhibits. It was nice because it was just our tour bus, after hours and everyone had left.

Included in our tour was showcases of historical Guinness products, really interesting. We then got to go p to the Gravity Bar with its 360 degree view of the city. We also enjoyed a properly pured pint of Guinness.

After our drinks in the Gravity Bar we went downstairs for a wonderful three course dinner. Wine, bread, dinner, salad and dessert.

After dinner they opened the gift store up for us and let us shop at our leisure.

It was a great night with new friends, drinks and good food. It was also the last thing we did together, we all left early the next morning at different times.

I’m so sad! It’s my last post of Ireland! It was the best trip ever. I guess I’ll have to go somewhere new to photography and post about!

Until next time, travel on… LAF

  1. Thank you for sharing the pictures and stories from your amazing trip! It looks like you had a wonderful time, and I’m so glad that it ended on such a happy note! My daughter and son-in-law would certainly be jealous of this last outing of yours! They’re big fans of a properly poured pint of Guinness 🙂
