This year has been a difficult one in many ways, and a wonderful year also. I look forward to the New Year and making new goals, blogging more, taking a few classes and trying to grow spiritually!
I love birds, except when they are in cages. Nothing says freedom to me more than a bird in flight. I hope my future has many more bird photographs in the new year.
I’ve never seen the Quail so fat! Not sure if they fatten up in the winter or if they will have baby quail!

Birds can scare me. I saw the movie The Birds, when I was young. But thye should not be in cages—God made them to fly free–so agree with you on that!!!!
