Recently my niece had an Afternoon Morrocan Tea and housewarming party. We had a great time with great friends and beautiful tasty food.
We had curry chicken salad sandwiches, hummus and pita chips, fruit and dip, artichoke dip, veggies, scones, orange cake and pumpkin cookies.
If there is one thing we know how to do that is prepare beautiful food!
We had iced tea and hot tea in two different courses.
My niece, the hostess, had some beautiful “fake” henna going on. Her house was so pretty and we had a great time eating, having tea, taking the house tour and chatting it up.
I made a Morrocan Orange Cake, below, with the recipe to follow from here.
The only thing I did different was I melted some cream cheese canned icing and drizzled it over the cake.

Come back soon for a recap of our upcoming Christmas Tea!
