The Flower Fields – Part 1

In 2015 my daughter, BFF and her daughter went to The Flower Fields of Carlsbad Ranch in Carlsbad, California.  It was a great time, we visited the flowers, Letoland and the ocean.  Over the next few days I’ll be sharing photographs of our trip to the gorgeous Flower Fields.

What a great trip and beautiful place!  Until I heard of these fields I didn’t even know what a ranunculus flower was, but I certainly am a fan now.   The flower fields are open from March 1st for approximately eight weeks.  Check out their website for all the details… Theflowerfields.com

I am not sure if they are open for other things throughout the year, but, check back on my blog for more photos of the fields, poinsettias, roses, exhibition garden and succulents.  It truly is a gardener’s paradise.

Until tomorrow, LAF

  1. Beautiful photos. Ive always wanted to visit, and then eventually reside, in san diego. My favorite flower is a rose. Do they have a rose garden there? gardening is hard work. My mom used to have a garden.
